Interesting read, appreciate that it is not written while you were wearing rose-tinted spectacles, although if you had been you would look like Elton John. I think Benzema would be a good purchase, a team like United that participate in so many games throughout the season + pre-season tours do need 4 quality strikers. Yorke, Cole, Sheringham, Solskjaer - they all worked superbly when playing as a quad in our treble winning season, allowing them United to alter to use 3 upfront, or to allowing a striker to play a little deeper but provide an attacking threat. Games when we required goals like Liverpool in the FA Cup and Munich (Nou Camp) spring to mind. Good Stuff!! Good-Stuff!
